The line is suitable for filling yogurt, milk, ketchup, mayonnaise and similar pastes and cream products in PET bottles with wide neck and screw cap.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

According to the drivers of this type is a mechanical pneumatic machine. It is made of stainless steel that is designed for this purpose, and it's use in the food and chemical industries. The workflow is electronically directed. This is a fully automatic machine with Rechargeable 0.5 - 1 liter. Role of servants is to put in empty bottles on the conveyor and starts downloading filled, sealed, and date-printed packaging in thermo shrinking machine. The line includes: self-propelled transporter, sterilizer, PET volumetric fillers, receiving container, carton sealer, date-print shower, wash-thermal shrink packaging (overpack). Filler has its own drive using a frequency controller adjusts the desired speed. Bottles are introduced by the star which is synchronized with the charger, then tape the bottle refers to the detention and date-print, then bottles travel to packing.
